With the Young Professionals Group it is our mission and

value to be Caring, Commited, and Connected. It is to draw the strength from our diversity and to build upon each other through relationships based upon respect, compassion and trust. Also with setting ambitious goals, as well as excellence in an enviroment of learning and professional growth. But yet, we akso develop partnerships that brings values to our organization for personal and perfessional growth.

How to Use the Guide A brand is a definition of distinction. It seperates you from your competitions and creates a visual perception for your organization and business communications. This design standard has been created to show the rules that must be followed when producing the materials relating to web, print and collateral. The logo is supposed to represent the young crowd as well as being vibrant. With the logo it is supposed to be as simple as it can get with combining the initials as well as the entire name, but cannot be seperated. It also should not be edited from this form of layout as well as can be offered in a negitive form (a black version).

It is not okay to alter the colors even slightly slightly as long as it is consiant, but the typeface has to stay the same. Also, it is not okay to sperate the name and initals as well as rotating the text. Expecially no placement on images.

Y For the spacing around the logo, it has to be at least the size of the Y with the Blue sensation square to give the entire logo engough space around it before anything can be put next to it. Which all together with spacing the size is 7” by 3”.
