Mercadona offers refund or exchange for recalled cosmetics Mercadona has withdrawn 11 of its own-brand cosmetics from sale and is offering a refund or exchange for anyone who has these in their homes. However, in the very tiny quantities in which they are found in the recalled products previously on sale in Mercadona, they would not have this effect, stresses the AEMPS. Tests and demonstrations showed that the cosmetics in question did not carry any health risk, but Mercadona has recalled them as a precaution.
But any consumer who is worried can return them to their nearest store and obtain a refund or an exchange.
