HER WORDS TO LIVE BY

Corey Insalaco is the founder, president, and CEO of WomenShares™, established in August 2023 to support professional women and mothers by providing educational resources and tailored tools. With nearly 24 years of experience in financial services and wealth management, Corey has worked with top-tier firms specializing in high and ultra-high-networth clients, as well as successful privatelyowned businesses. Before relocating to Texas in 2017, Corey managed assets and financial advisor relationships in several states, including North Carolina, Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland. She served as Chamber President in Zebulon, North Carolina—one of the state’s largest counties. Over her career, she engaged with influential industry leaders such as Jamie Dimon, asset managers at Goldman Sachs and BlackRock, and Emmy-winning producer Kathy Gulinello. Corey’s greatest professional accom-

plishment is her ability to understand client goals deeply and craft personalized strategies to bring ambitions to life. She credits success to her insightful questioning, empathy, and mentorship. Active in community, she supports Southlake CISD, volunteering with the PTO, Business Academy, and athletics. She is a member of the Southlake Women’s Club and Chamber of Commerce and contributes to Compass Church. Additionally, she advocates for domestic violence survivor programs locally and nationally. She’s completing her first book for entrepreneurs and women professionals and collaborating with her daughter on a book for children. She’s proud to be finalizing the WomenShares™ trademark registration, aiming to protect and grow her brand. At day’s end, Corey enjoys reading nonfiction that explores human decision-making, continually refining her mindset both personally and professionally. SocietyLifeMag.com
