Manna Restaurant

Manna Restaurant in Water Mill has a courtyard terrace for al fresco dining, and on Sundays there is live music. The celebrated chef Marco Barrila features a multi-regional array of traditional, rustic dishes that shift seasonally, with an emphasis on local farm-to-table produce, as well as imported Italian products. Two of the menu’s signature dishes are char-grilled octopus with chimichurri, and truffled veal chops.

The Garden

The Garden at Water Mill is now open, with expansive outdoor seating and a menu designed for sharing and group dining. The menu here features American summer fare entrees, such chicken, rib eye, and barbeque plates. Other dishes have international touches, such as crudos and some pastas. The Garden has inventive cocktails and an extensive wine list. An intimate, 60seat dining room opens to an expansive garden complete with lawn games, private dining alcoves, and space for family-style lobster bakes. The Garden hosts a pop-up series this summer with acclaimed chefs. Check the pop-up schedule on the Garden’s website, and be sure to make reservations well in advance!
