ROAD TO HEALTHIER LIVING The Road to Healthier Living offers problem-solving and decision making skills that enable you to confront the challenges of living with a chronic illness such as heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, COPD, and many other conditions. These workshops aim to help individuals take day-to-day responsibility for their care and to increase skills necessary to manage diseases and work effectively with health care professionals.
