analog systems. 2). Synchronization is required. 3). High power consumption (Due to various stages of conversion). 4). Complex circuit, more sofisticated device making is also drawbacks of digital system. 5). Introduce sampling error 6). As square wave is more affected by noise, That’s why while communicating through channel we send sin waves but while operating on device we use squire pulses.

What is digital law? • Digital law can be defined as the legal rights and restrictions governing technology use. In today's world, many people are not responsible digital citizens. They are criminals, breaking the law, either knowing or not knowing, what is appropriate or inappropriate technology use.

Types of Violations • Illegal File Sharing • Pirating Software • Creating Viruses • Hacking • Stealing someones identity • Copyright infringement

Illegal File Sharing

• The sharing of files between people using computers connected to the internet. The term covers both the making available of the file (uploading), for instance on a file sharing service such as the YouTube to MP3 Website, and the downloading of that file from the internet to a computer

Pirating software

• Software piracy is the act of stealing software that is legally protected. This stealing includes copying, distributing, modifiying or selling the software.

Creating Viruses

• A software program capable of reproducing itself and usually capable of causing great harm to files or other programs on the same computer. Example: Macro Viruses. Memory Resident Viruses, Overwrite Viruses, etc.

Hacki • Hacking is the act of modifying ng computer hardware or software,in order to cause damage to sensitive data or simply steal confidental informatıon. • Hackers often target home and office computers that are connected to the internet

Stealing someones identity • When someone pretends to be someone else in order to access their personal information such as social security number, credit card, etc. in order to obtain resources or benefits.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT • Copyright infringement is the use or production of copyright-protected material without the permission of the copyright holder. Music and movies are two of the most well known forms of entertainment that suffer from significant amounts of copyright

Gender inequality Group â„– 1

What is gender equality? Countries with gender inequality. What are the prolems with gender equality? Solutions for the problems.

What is gender equality? Gender equality, also known as sexual equality or equality of the sexes, is the state of equal ease of sexes to resources and opportunities, regardless of gender, including economic participation and decision making and the state of valuing different behaviours, aspirations and needs equally, regardless of gender.

UNICEF says gender equality means that women and men, and girls and boys enjoy the same rights, resaurces, opportunities and protections. It does not require that girls and boys or men and women be the same, as that they be treated exactly alike. As of 2017 gender eguality is the fifth of seventeen sustainable goals of the United Nations.

Countries with gender inequality Europe has got the most problems about power, time and severity. There is an imbalance about ruling ,economic or political. Women earn less money than men so ecenomical problems cause gender inequality. In Africa, severity shows us men are more powerful than women. So women opposed to the goverments.

Security of car-men are luckier than woman according to scientists cars are designed for man’s security .When accident happens women get injured more often than men.

In Saudi Arabia, women are considered minors under male guardians known as ‘mahrams’ whom they aren’t permitted to leave home without, whether it be go shopping or to a doctor’s appointment. But it isn’t about our religion ‘İslam’. They are all men’s thought. In Iran, gender segregation, exists in the workplace, sporting events and more. In Indonesia, Dance is not allowed for women and wearing hijab is mandotory with the laws of the state.

What are the problems with gender equality? Gender equality is achieved when women and men enjoy the same rights and opportunities across all sectÄąons of society. In many countries and cities we have injustice, that we should take care of. Problems with gender equality have started in the past, when men and women were devided.

Solutions for the problems Because of lack of facilities, some people think genders are not equal or that certain gender can do certain things. In old times people have been thinking like this. But times have changed and every gender has enough opportunities.. The main problem is the lack of education and misbelief.

We can solve this with givÄąng information and organising semirans for families more often. We can discuss this topics in school because if you educate children you will have educated parents in the future. It is going to solve this problem permanently.

Another issue would be related to the power of women to make a decision in family for example. Ä°n family man has more power in making decisions than women. There should be communication between both. My opinion is that the solution is that people have to work together when it comes to decision making, so they can bring themselves only good things.

WHAT IS GENDER EQUALITY? ď‚ž

ď‚ž

Gender equality is a political concept that emphasises equality between genders. Gender equality is typically defined as women and men enjoying the same opportunities, rights and responsibilities within all areas of life. However, similar to all the other concepts, gender equality can be used in different ways and can convey different meanings. Gender equality might mean that women and men should be treated equally, or differently. For example, it may imply that women and men should be paid the same for doing the same work or that they should be treated with different medicines and methods in order to make healthcare equal.

8 Examples of Gender Inequality in the World  LACK

OF MOBILITY  FREEDOM OF MARRIAGE  DISCRIMINATORY DIVORCE RIGHTS  CITIZENSHIP  FRONTLINE COMBAT  CUSTODY RIGHTS  VIOLENCE  ACCESS TO EDUCATION

LACK OF MOBILITY ď‚ž

Women are forbidden to drive in Saudi Arabia, despite numerous protests, and must rely on their fathers or husbands to get from place to place. In countries like Egypt and Bahrain, husbands have the right to stop their wives from leaving the country while other countries require written permission from a husband to travel.

DISCRIMINATORY DIVORCE RIGHTS ď‚ž

In most of the Middle East, countries are governed by religious ideals and gender inequality is pervasive. As men are typically viewed as superior, they can divorce their wives relatively easily and even through mere oral renunciation. Women, on the other hand, face many more challenges. In Lebanon, abused women do not even have the right to file for divorce unless an eyewitness is willing to testify.

CITIZENSHIP ď‚ž

With the exception of Israel, Iran, Tunisia, and parts of Egypt, women in the Middle East do not have the right to pass citizenship on to their children while men have the ability to not only pass it to their children, but also to their non-national wives.

FRONTLINE COMBAT ď‚ž

While allowed to participate in the army, women are still not permitted to serve in frontline combat in Turkey and Slovakia. As recently as 2016, this gender inequality persisted in the U.K. as well.

CUSTODY RIGHTS ď‚ž

In some countries, the courts automatically grant custody rights to the father, and women are left without any means of financial support. For example, in Bahrain, family laws are not systematized, enabling judges to deny mothers custody of their children.

VIOLENCE ď‚ž

Unequal legal rights make women increasingly vulnerable to violence. One of the most obvious forms of violence against women in the world today is that of spousal rape. India’s recent ruling that rape laws do not apply to married couples clearly illustrates the sexual subjugation and violence to which women remain exposed.

ACCESS TO EDUCATION ď‚ž

Women make up more than two-thirds of the world’s illiterate adults, and access to education is especially a problem in Afghanistan where groups that oppose female education attack many schools. Female rights are also compromised due to limited awareness of what they should be entitled to, which could only be remedied through greater access to education.

STOP FOR GENDER INEQUALITY

GROUP NO . 2

Problem that we are facĹng everyday around the world In some cultures, girls are attacked with acid when they attend to school‌

Why women are always the victim? Why they are not allow to go to school and education? Why all that violence?

?

Let s see our opinion 1. Women are always victim because people consider that men have the power and they can control everything.

2. Men are scared that when girls get an education, they will become aware of their rights as women and as a human being.

3. People thinks that violence can change the world. But they are not right. Everything has solution.

4. Violence is not the easiest way.

 Women are eyesight of the world and probably people don t see that, they are blind!

 When girls will have chance to educate they can work whatever they want. Because from education depends all their future.

But why still girls can't go to school?

Why they are attack with acid in some situatıons?

Afghanistan Terrorists will stop at nothing to keep Afghan girls from receiving an education. "Every day, you hear that somebody's thrown acid at a girl's face ... or they poison their water."

People in some country are so much against girls getting educated and when they attend the school men use the acid like a threat.

How should we look the world: Men and women have different desires and dreams. They must be equal, despite their physical difference.

They should have the same rights and opportunites and same world view!

FIND A JOB We think some jobs are inappropriate for women or men and it doesn’t have to be like that.

FOR EXAMPLE Medıcıne ıs one of the examples for thıs problem. In the medıcıne global thoughts are that the women should work as nurses and man as doctors. Socıety wants to make us belıeve that men are more able and more responsıble to accomplısh more dıfıcult and complıcated tasks than women whıle women are more lıkely to be helpıng out.

THE RESULT OF THE POWER OF MEN AND WOMEN

SOLUTIONS 

We can convınce people ın many ways. Through socıal medıa and movıes, comercıals and alıve examples. We want everyone to see that ıf a person has talent and dedıactıon can become whatever he/she wants. Your gender doesn’t make you more or less ın the socıety.

HE OR SHE CAN DO HÄ°S/HER BEST

Solving the problems of gender inequity and harassment in the healthcare workplace has potential downstream benefits not just for the individual women affected, but also for the healthcare system and the patients served. Diversity in the workforce has been shown – again and again- to benefit creative pursuits in research and patient care. Having women as equal partners in this healthcare setting will mean that the providers more accurately reflect their patient population, and delivery of innovative, high quality, and patient-centered care will improve. TIME’S UP Healthcare is not only an opportunity to support working women in Healthcare settings, but also ultimately strives to improve the care their patients

ALWAYS FOR THE BETTER

ďƒ’

In conclusion we shouldn’t judge book by it is cover if it is a man or woman we are all the same and the gender has nothing to do with it. If you have the passion and the skills for your dream job, just go for it!
