My mistake as Iadded all the pages in the other various ebooks on related workouts, diets, etc. The first theng that Sean says is very important is the 5x5 warmup phase. If you are not properly warmed up, you could waste a lot of your hypertrophy workout(the main workout). Most people that lift, warm up wrong or not at all. You do not want to fatigue any muscle group at all in the warmup, yet you have to warm up to get the most benefit of your workout. 5 minutes of a light cardiovascular excersise, like the excersise bike is plenty to properly warm up. For muscle gaining workouts, this is the all important first step. The hypertrophy phase is your main workout. I starts with your first set of reps and ends with your last set of reps. In Muscle Gain Truth Sean Nalewanyj doesnt just throw a workout schedule at you and say "go do this" he wants you to understand each phase of the hypertrophy workout, and how it helps you gain weight and gain muscle. The hypertrophy phase is 45-60 minutes only. This is enough to spark your body to gain muscle. If the workout is longer or higher intensity then he teaches you, the body will start producing a catabolic hormome called "cortison" which starts to break down your muscle tissue


to use as energy instead of the fat it should be. This is a good thing to know, correct? The last phase is the cooldown phase and very important in showing you how to build muscle. The cool down phase is only about 10 minutes long and consists of properly stretching the muscle groups you just excersised. Don't discount the importance of this pahase. It it definitely helps to burn fat, build muscle. These are just a very very small sample of the detail in Muscle Build Truth.
