Sync the device:

Either you have an Arlo base station or a netgear arlo pro base station, try to locate the option for sync button.

It might be present above your base station. Once you locate the button for “Sync” Hold down for some time and leave it.

If you notice that the network light blinks for a minimum of 10 seconds then it means the Arlo is now back online to its normal working.

Check the Status of LED light:

If the light does not glow at all then you should check whether the batteries are inserted in the correct manner or not. One must also ensure that the batteries are in a good working condition.

If the light starts blinking blue frequently then it means your camera has successfully synced to the base station.

If the light appears blue for a moment then it means you still need to sync it again to its base station.

If the LED light blinks yellow in color then it means the batteries have expired and need to be replaced.

Ensure the camera is within the connectivity range of base station.

Measure the distance from your arlo camera to its base station. Once you are done with the measurement check whether it is less than 300 feet i.e.90 meters or not. If the distance is more than 300 feet then try to make it less by bringing your camera close to base station.

Ensure that there are no thick cemented walls or metal objects in between your camera and base station. This is because they can cause interruption in connectivity and lead your camera to offline state.

Check the network connectivity of Arlo base station.

If the LED light of your base station is glowing green then it means the base station is receiving adequate signal strength.

In case the LED light on your base station is glowing yellow then it indicates that your base station is not connected with an internet connection. So troubleshoot the internet connectivity issues to bring your Arlo back online.
