Out on the Garden Patio where new life is budding and wildflowers surround you. Or you can opt to hold your ceremony in the Open Air Pavilion underneath glittering chandeliers. We can help you make the ceremony of your dreams come to life.

THE RECEPTION Imagine an evening spent dining and dancing in our our Elk Lodge an Fireside Pavilion renovated to sophisticated, rustic perfection. Or, toast to your marriage at an intimate long table dinner on a field beneath the dazzling stars. For dinner, we offer a gourmet, farm-to-table customized menu to satisfy the appetites of everyone in attendance.

And we can take care of the rest. We an help you find local photographers, florists and wedding officiants so that you can focus on you two. Before your wedding day our Ranch Reservationists will assist you in getting everyone to the ranch and settled in so that once you are all here you can just enjoy the peace and quite of the Colorado Mountain Wilderness.

Our personally-tailored package options allow couples to host the most intimate private ceremony and events to incorporate up to 30 guests for a three-night minimum stay. Package rates include: •Luxurious guest accommodations •Gourmet Farm-to-Table meals throughout the duration of your stay •Live entertainment for reception •Wedding ceremony •One hour cocktail reception with passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by three course wedding dinner (including cake or dessert) with wine during dinner •All tables, chairs, china, glassware, silverware and linens for up to 30 guests •4 guided "on Ranch" activities for all guests to include: horseback riding, fly fishing, sporting clays, archery mountain biking, and hiking, including all gear, guides/wranglers & instruction.

Wedding FAQs Can we book Smith Fork Ranch just as our Venue?

Seasonal minimum night stays apply. As an “all-inclusive” destination, we do not accept inquiries for ‘a la carte’ one day wedding ceremonies and receptions. We cannot accommodate a wedding that consists of more than 35 guests and we can only sleep up to 30 guests.

How many wedding guests can you accommodate?

Smith Fork Ranch can really only accommodate 30 guests maximum for either guest ranch activities or weddings. Our kitchen and dining areas can handle a maximum capacity of 30 guests and 10 staff members for events and receptions.

How many people can be accommodated by your lodging options?

We have a total of 13 bedrooms here on the ranch that are spread out between shared lodge-style houses and individual cabins. To reach a maximum capacity of 30 guests there would be at least 2 guests per room in a variance of bed styles from King beds, Queen beds, Twin XL beds and Bunk beds. Our Ranch Reservationists will work with you throughout the booking process to ensure that your guests are comfortably accommodated in our cabins.

What outside wedding vendors will we need to book?

Our Ranch Reservationists can help you in booking wedding photographers, officiants and florists. Smith Fork Ranch does grow flowers on site but if you would like formal floral arrangements we can recommend a local florist for the floral designs. These vendors will provide you with their additional rates.

Are bar packages include?

They are not included in our Wedding Package Rates but they an be included. Please speak with our Ranch Reservationists upon booking and they can present you with all-inclusive bar packages, wedding day or reception only bar packages.
