We will have experienced faculty from different sectors teaching young generation about skills required in real estate, negotiations, transactions, closing skills, soft skills, designated courses like ABR, CRS, etc. It will be also an opportunity for the existing real estate people to walk in and attend these courses, brush their skills and elevate themselves. RE/MAX has opened its own home finance and Insurance wing in Hyderabad. This basic concept of all services under one roof is slowly coming into reality by taking one element at a time. Opportunity is always like a license to drive a vehicle, whether we want to take a NANO or a BMW. Similarly, it’s up to the driver, how he drives the vehicles. He can take this and reach the destination or he has a choice to crash it on the way by driving rashly. APREADA is coming up with their 3rd edition of Property Exhibition in October. Needless to say, they are doing a fantastic job of combining power of all builders in the state and showing their strength to people in Hyderabad. Finally, we are growing again. RE/MAX INTERNATIONAL NEWS Broad-based Housing Recovery in Full Swing For the fourth month in a row, RE/MAX National Housing Report is showing an increasing Median Home Price. In May, home prices were 6.1% higher than those in May 2011. Home sales also rose above mark set last year by a significant 12. 8%. With 42 surveyed metros showing increases in BOTH sales and prices, the recovery of 2012 appears to be taking hold in all regions of the country. For 11 months in a row, home sales have exceeded the level of the same month a year ago. Inventory continues to fall significantly lower than the previous year, with a 26.6% drop from May 2011.

REALTY REVIEW – July 2012 When it comes to creating an organized market, RE/MAX always has taken the upper hand of starting it with the beholders. The 4th Annual NAR-India Convention was one of such platform. Mr. Sam Chopra, CMD RE/MAX India was speaker on the opening session on day 2 and gave a commendable session on Importance of “Exclusive Mandate” in real estate. The session enforced audience to understand how there businesses could just shoot up with the use of such mandate on one hand and on other hand also help there clients gain more confidence and trust for a continuity.

Train the Trainer and Real Estate Seminar – Education Initiative 11 RE/MAX India Affiliates from different regions underwent a Train the Trainer session with Ms. Gail Lyons (International Trainer with NAR International). The trained trainers are now all set to train the Real Estate Fraternity across the country in International Designation courses like Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) & Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) and start International business soon. This iswhich a endeavour for up skilling industry at large. Apart from that there was a Real Estate seminar was conducted by Ms.the Lyons arranged by RE/MAX India, where over 200 Participants along with RE/MAX India Affiliates attended on June 28th at India International Center, Lodhi Estate, New Delhi.

The RE/MAX India 2nd Annual Broker Owner Conference The RE/MAX India Regional and Broker Owners conference was held in Mumbai on the 25th June. The think tank for RE/MAX fraternity of India got together to learn, share and discuss the growth strategies which could be implemented for everyone’s uplift. Mr. Anand Choksi, Broker Owner of RE/MAX Advantage in Ahmedabad was awarded in 2 categories, for the "the Largest Franchise Office" and "the Most Productive Franchise office" for H1 in 2012.
