REALTY REVIEW – November 2012 Belying the fears of a slowdown in realty markets, customers, turned up in large numbers at the 3rd Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Developers’ Association (APREDA) Property Show-2012 held here on the weekend. The spacious venue of HITEX was packed with the visitors in which more than 150 developers and 15 financial institutions participated. The response in the RE/MAX Andhra Pradesh stall for the event has been very good with a major footfall numbers. The important thing was that majority of the investment inquiries were for properties between Miyapur and Shamshabad. Most people were looking for a house between Rs. 40lacs and Rs. 60 Lacs in these areas, and a majority of them were software professionals
