Happy festive greetings and a very happy and prosperous samvat 2069!! Last month was lot of busy activities at the RE/MAX office front brought the team together. Personally, I travelled to Vishakhapatnam, Rajahmundry and Vijayawada to meet up with realtors there and spreading the message of working together and bringing organized realty in the market.

Some of huge investment plans have been laid out in those areas to make the tier II cities of Andhra Pradesh look more beautiful and appealing to stay. Needless to say that APREDA property show has been had a tremendous response and people of Hyderabad had choices of price, location, varieties and their dreams at those stalls. Hyderabad shows a good sign of recovery ranging between two important organizations CREDAI and APREDA showing their brand power to the people in terms of service and choices. Our contest, STRONGER THAN BEFORE, is running well and getting interesting with more new people joining the top 16 people. It’s an attempt from our side to kick the entrepreneurship within and be the best. Education has been a vital ingredient of life. People who stop learning, they stop growing. It has been also said, leaders are readers. Often they excel in the thing called as University of life with knowledge and experience. "Homes are selling much faster by realty professionals provided they work with their expertise, understand customer behavior and upgrade their skills. RE/MAX is a strong supported for it and very soon, we are organizing our first ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) course in Hyderabad in the month of December. REALTY REVIEW – November 2012 Belying the fears of a slowdown in realty markets, customers, turned up in large numbers at the 3rd Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Developers’ Association (APREDA) Property Show-2012 held here on the weekend. The spacious venue of HITEX was packed with the visitors in which more than 150 developers and 15 financial institutions participated. The response in the RE/MAX Andhra Pradesh stall for the event has been very good with a major footfall numbers. The important thing was that majority of the investment inquiries were for properties between Miyapur and Shamshabad. Most people were looking for a house between Rs. 40lacs and Rs. 60 Lacs in these areas, and a majority of them were software professionals
