Q. Can you share with us what Globe POS has in store over the coming 12 months?

the crowd, someone that is not just following but changing to be distinct.

A. Next year we already have a filled-up order book. With 52 Global Pet Foods, 4 independent grocery locations and a few more retail locations already signed for 2018, we have an exciting year ahead. Unfortunately, I cannot be more specific because some of those enterprises have not yet announced opening and locations, so I certainly do not want to make announcements for them, but some nice names will be added to our ever growing list of family of partners.

I have some ideas that are very traditional. While the market is going towards internet sales and orders, I want to keep the personal touch in the business. This is a lot of data to maintain daily and weekly and all this information needs to also be stored. Q. What are your 5 key tips to becoming a Gamechanger in the market? A. A game changer for me is someone that can separate himself from

I think I have an advantage over my competition because I did operate a grocery store and understand some of the challenges they face and when I lay out a plan I try to always keep my experiences in mind. Your employees are probably your biggest asset, work with them, engage with them and keep them happy. If you have a great relationship and conversations with your staff, they will feel engaged and part of the solutions. They bring ideas, can discuss the challenges of your plan and they also stay better engaged with the customers because they understand the challenges you are trying to solve for the customer. So for me, the only real advantage is my staff and when working as a team we can accomplish a lot more, enough that we disturb the environment and become a game changer.
