More than simply sharing our 2019 results, I wish to reflect on the past 3 years and everything DRSir has achieved, after having started from zero in Q4 of 2016. Firstly, I attribute our incredible success to our team of professionals and the defined philosophy that we embody. Each member of the DRSir team strives for excellence and goes above and beyond what is expected of them. Another part of our great success can be contributed to the unique services that “Only” DRSir offers, some of the most prominent being: •Only DRSir has a defined philosophy and passion for extraordinary service. •Only DRSir has an effective quality control department which guarantees that your home is presented in the best possible condition before every showing to a potential buyer. •Only DRSir has an effective world-wide marketing platform and globally recognized reputation and brand. •Only DRSir has a sophisticated internal reporting and analysis department crunching market data and analyzing customer feedback in order to render the best customer journey possible. •Only DRSir has a highly advanced and dedicated “in-house” media department producing captivating videos, photography and 3-D presentations for every property which we represent. Our results speak for themselves. The sum total of all our efforts combined with our innovative and effective marketing tools have paved the way for us to achieve, during the past 3 years, to be able to sell approximately 33.3% of all properties sold with the Casa de Campo® Resort, adding up to more than 76 properties closed with a total gross sales volume of over US$ 101 million dollars, utilizing only 3 sales agents. Our nearest competitor achieves a similar transactional volume (around 33.3% of all sales within CdC) but using a sales team 6 times larger than ours, made up of 16+ sales agents. The remaining 1/3 of sales (33.3% approximately) is achieved by all other independent real estate companies combined, consisting of approximately 20 brokerages / agents within that very effective 3rd group. Internally, we achieved the aforementioned results by taking the time and exerting the effort to build a solid corporate foundation, building an unmatched technology-driven platform, and perfecting our sales processes. As we enter 2020 we have clearly defined goals as to what we will accomplish in the upcoming year. Firstly DRSir will account for a definitive 40% market share of properties sold within the Casa de Campo® Resort. We will expand operations into a second major market. And once again we will achieve the highest gross sales volume in terms of USD$ over every competitor. Over the past 3 years DRSir has proven beyond any doubt that it is the leading luxury real estate company in the La Romana / Casa de Campo® area, with measurable and verifiable results. We are fully ready as we finalize 2019 and enter the new year to continue to make our clients very happy and to help them to reach their goals. Más que únicamente compartir con ustedes nuestros logros del 2019, deseo reflexionar sobre los últimos 3 años y todo lo que en DRSir hemos logrado, habiendo iniciado desde cero en el cuarto trimestre del 2016. En primer lugar, atribuyo el increíble éxito a nuestra filosofía y equipo de profesionales. Cada miembro del equipo DRSir se esfuerza por la excelencia y va más allá de lo que se espera de ellos. Podemos atribuir otra gran parte de nuestros resultados a características únicas del servicio que ofrecemos. Entre los más relevantes están: • “Solo” DRSir tiene una filosofía definida y pasión por el servicio extraordinario. • “Solo” DRSir cuenta un departamento de control de calidad efectivo que garantiza que sus hogares se presenten en perfecto estado antes de cada presentación. • “Solo” DRSir posee una efectiva plataforma de mercadeo global y una marca reconocida mundialmente. • “Solo” DRSir ha desarrollado un sofisticado departamento interno de análisis e informes que observa las tendencias y datos del mercado y estudia comentarios de los clientes para garantizar la mejor experiencia posible. • “Solo” DRSir cuenta con un propio departamento de media para producir cautivadores videos, fotografías y replicaciones en 3-D de cada propiedad representada. Todo esto se refleja en nuestros resultados. La suma de esfuerzo y las herramientas adecuadas nos han llevado a lograr en estos últimos 3 años la venta de aproximadamente el 33.3% del total de las propiedades vendidas en el resort Casa de Campo®, sumando más de 76 propiedades vendidas por un volumen de más de US $ 101 millones de dólares, utilizando únicamente 3 agentes de ventas. Nuestro competidor más cercano logra un parecido volumen (aproximadamente 33.3% del total de ventas dentro de CdC) utilizando un equipo 6 veces mayor al nuestro con 16 + agentes de ventas. Esto demuestra, sin duda, la efectividad de nuestra filosofía, nivel de servicio y herramientas tecnológicas. El 1/3 restante de las ventas totales lo logran todas las demás compañías inmobiliarias independientes combinadas, siendo aproximadamente 20 compañías / agentes en este eficiente 3r grupo. Hasta ahora hemos invertido tiempo en establecer una sólida base interna, construir una plataforma tecnológica inigualable y perfeccionar nuestros procesos de venta. A medida que se acerca el 2020, tenemos objetivos claramente definidos en cuanto a lo que lograremos en el próximo año. En primer lugar, DRSir representará una participación de mercado definitiva del 40% de las propiedades vendidas dentro del resort Casa de Campo®. Ampliaremos las operaciones a un segundo mercado importante. Y una vez más lograremos el mayor volumen de ventas brutas en términos de dólares sobre cada competidor. En los últimos 3 años, DRSir ha demostrado que es la empresa líder de bienes raíces de lujo en el área de La Romana / Casa de Campo®. Estamos listos para recibir el 2020 y seguir haciendo clientes felices y asistiéndoles a lograr sus metas.
