Class Descriptions Beginner Yoga: Yoga This class is geared toward those who want to learn the fundamentals of Yoga. Alignment principles, gentle breathing techniques, and basic poses will be taught at a slow pace for all levels. Cardio Dance: A high energy, fat burning, blast of fun using different styles of dance moves to a mix of old and new dance hits. Come and get your groove on with us! Core Conversions: The Core Conversion workout is an efficient and effective way to train the body’s true “core” – the nose to the toes – in all three planes of motion, utilizing a strategic sequencing of lifts, lunges, squats, squat thrusts, and push-ups. This workout is the perfect blend of strength training, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance that trains the body to not only feel better, but to function better. Core Stability Shallow Water: Water This class consists of core stability exercises using noodles and hand buoys in combination with movements that remain “anchored down” with one or both feet firmly grounded on the bottom of the pool. Deep Water Running: Running Simulating land running in water where the feet do not touch the bottom of the pool. Various running styles, drills and methods are used.

Fierce: Shape up fast with cardio circuit, a super-charged combo of strength and cardio training. You can boost metabolism, improve heart and lungs, and tone up. HardCORE Kickboxing: High Intensity Work out that works the core through a combination of aerobics, boxing and martial arts. A total-body workout that will improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance. Deep/Shallow Water: Water One hour of cardio and muscle conditioning in the deep or shallow water. All ages welcome! Indoor Cycle: Cycle Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, this stationary cycling class can accommodate you! You will be guided by a “coach” who will provide a training profile, music and motivation. All you need to be able to do is...pedal a bike! All riders are in control of their own intensity; so all fitness levels CAN ride together to build cardiovascular strength and endurance, and/or become a better cyclist. Intermediate Yoga: Yoga This class is geared toward those who want to be challenged more than in beginner yoga. Alignment principles, gentle breathing techniques, and basic poses will be taught at a medium pace. Kickboxing : A combination of aerobics, boxing and martial arts. A total-body workout that will improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance. Master Swim: Swimmers ages 18 and up who are interested in a good community swim workout. Pumpclass is performed to music using free weights, body bars and an aerobic step. Pump-n-Tone:This Tone Participants choose their weights based on the exercise and their personal strength levels. Major muscle groups are worked via series of compound and isolation-based exercises including squats, presses, dead lifts and as well as other exercises. T.B.C. (Total Body Conditioning):This is a total body conditioning class that blends cardiovascular training with resistance training and finishes with various stretching and abdominal routines. Various equipment will be used to tone and strengthen all major muscle groups.

TRX/Core Conversions: Conversions Shape up fast with our combined program. This program joins TRX Suspension Training with the benefits of Core Conversions-See core conversion description above. TRX/Total Body: Building muscle endurance and a rock solid core by using the best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your own bodyweight to perform 100’s of different exercises. This total body class will keep you moving and challenge you at your level. TRX Strength and Balance: A gentler version of our TRX class focused on building strength and improving balance. A great introduction to TRX training! Yogilates: Yogilates A class that combines the slow controlled breathing and stretching of yoga with the core tightening and strengthening of Pilates.
