Noelle Caldwell is a Certified Public Accountant specializing in individual and small business income tax and accounting. She is a graduate of Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO and the University of Missouri - Kansas City. Noelle is also a member of the inaugural class of the KSCPA “20 up to 40” Leadership Program and Secretary/Treasurer of the KSCPA Metro Chapter.

Michele Herzog is a Certified Public Accountant and an Information Technology Professional with over 20 years of experience in business management, financial analysis, information technology and human resources. Her experience includes 14 years in CFO/Controller roles whose industries include retail, wholesale, manufacturing, franchise, entertainment, pharmaceutical and public relations. She is now a financial and systems consultant/partner for MAS Software Solutions. Michele also owns Herzog Financial Solutions, a tax preparation company. Michele graduated with honors from the University of Kansas City, Missouri (UMKC).

Walt Rutherford, M.B.A., CPA, is the Sr. Director Business Operations for PRA International’s Early Development Services in Lenexa, KS. He has been with PRA for 11 years with previous financial oversight responsibility for a number of different PRA business units. Walt started his career with Arthur Andersen prior to moving to industry where he has held financial management positions with several public and private companies. He holds a B.S. Business from The College of the Ozarks and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Kansas.

Metro Chapter Update 2010/2011 fiscal year - ACCOMPLISHMENTS 1) The Metro Chapter held the 1st ever CPA passers recognition dinner 2) Organized and paid for T-Bones game for the Metro Chapter members in appreciation for their support. 3) Increased membership by 500 percent

2011/2012 fiscal year - GOALS 1) Will have the 2nd annual CPA passers dinner on January 10, 2012 at the Ritz Charles 2) Will sponsor a sporting event for the Metro Chapter members (TBA) 3) Will host the KSCPA 61st Annual Tax Conference on November 17-18, 2011. All members are welcome to attend the conference reception on November 17. 4) Will make an increased donation to the education foundation and set up some scholarships for area high school students in the name of the Metro Chapter.
