Tillagan er ósannfærandi og lítið unnin. Emphasis is placed on new constructions in Ingólfstorg, and no work is done with the existing buildings. The older buildings within the area, Aðalstræti 7 and Vallarstræti 4, remain where they are. The proposal is unconvincing and little prepared.

Bygging við Vallarstræti 4 er flutt að Aðalstræti 7 og með því myndast heilleg götumynd við Vallarstræti. Nýbyggingu fyrir hótelrekstur er komið fyrir við Vallarstræti að Thorvaldsensstræti 2. Tillagan er varfærnisleg, lítið er unnið með Víkurgarð og Ingólfstorg er látið standa að mestu óbreytt. The building at Vallarstræti 4 is relocated to Aðalstræti 7 and thereby forms a complete street view at Vallarstræti. The new building for the hotel is located on Vallarstræti towards Thorvaldsensstræti 2. The proposal is cautious; little is done with Víkurgarður, and Ingólfstorg is left largely unchanged.
