Operational Delivery Profession Apprenticeship Standard The Operational Delivery Officer (ODO) apprenticeship standard is designed to develop individuals who work in public facing environments within the public sector, equipping them with the skills to offer the most efficient and highest quality service to the public as internationally recognised professionals in this key role. Premier Partnership has been working with the public sector to deliver ODO Apprenticeships for a number of years for a key number of government departments. With thousands of apprentices on programme and a 98% pass rate we support the apprenticeship journey from pre-induction to end point assessment.

The Apprenticeship Journey Premier Partnership is one of the largest providers of ODP Apprenticeships ensuring that Apprentices receive both on and off the job training whilst obtaining qualifications from City & Guilds and guidance towards the required end point assessment. We work in partnership with the employer to ensure that the programme is tailored to their needs.

Programme Delivery OPERATIONAL DELIVERY OFFICER STANDARD • The following delivery model will guide and support all apprentices undertaking the Operational Delivery Officer standard to a successful EPA: • All apprentices will undertake a full induction prior to commencement of the program. • Complete all relevant paperwork as required by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA). • Receive an introduction to the e-portfolio that will support them during their apprenticeship. • Be loaned a pre loaded android tablet for the period of their apprenticeship, with supporting links, details of their apprenticeship journey and a means of engaging 24/7 with their programme and the apprenticeship program.
ALL APPRENTICES WILL: • Receive a timeline of their learner journey outlining the flexible elements of the program and required completion timeframes. • Be provided with a Programme Tutor who will support them throughout their apprenticeship (although the Program Tutor may at times vary due to operational requirements the e portfolio will constantly record and capture all KPI and individual learner progression/requirements). • Be further supported in their qualifications by the qualifications team including the help desk our bespoke qualifications Moodle, a clear learner journey outlining qualifications learning opportunities and learning outcomes for each unit of qualification. • Be invited to attend scheduled workshops and learning days delivered by Subject Matter Experts (SME’s). • Receive specialist support if they require a functional skills element in Maths or English. This support will be tailored to each individual learners needs. • Be guided to support material available on the CSL Learning portal that will assist them in achieving the aims of the apprenticeship standard. • Have a minimum of 4 weekly contact with our delivery team (Subject matter experts, Functional Skills specialists, Addition Learning Support team, Programme Tutors)
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS MATHS & ENGLISH LEVEL 2
