It’s the broth that draws regulars to the Aurora location of this local Pho chain. Slow-simmered from bones with the right seasonings including star anise, the liquid adds a satisfying backbone for the rare steak, brisket, meatballs, tendon and crunchy vegetables. For a change of taste try the Gatorade-like salty, tart and sweet Vietnamese lemonade.
