DeWolff: Thank you! At first we were struggling with the crowd, but after the second song everybody started to dance. And then we knew: ‘‘Wow, this is gonna be a great night, insane!“ OON: You told us on stage that you had some time to walk around on the festival and get to know the atmosphere. Did you enjoy it? DeWolff: Yes, everybody was just chilling out. We even put some quiet songs in the set, because we thought everybody just to relax. The songs went down and then something changed. OON: Did the technical problems affect your show? DeWolff: Two bad luck times in one show. The sound went off, only the drums were left. And two songs later, the lighter catched fire. The audience made it all happen. We should have taken a picture of the burning lighter, that was crazy. We started to sing “The motherfucking lighter is burning!‘‘ At first, the audience didn’t get it, but after

the second time everybody was singing it with us and realized what we were talking about. OON: Are you on tour right now? DeWolff: Yes, we are! We just released our new album one week ago. We are actually on our Dutch Tour right now, so we are touring back home. In summer we are playing on some festivals and in November we come back for a big tour in Germany. We had around 100 shows this year and quite a lot in Germany and we’re still learning a lot about this country everytime we visit it. OON: Let’s talk about the past. What kind of music inspired you in your childhood or youth? DeWolff (Pablo; lead-singer, guitar): I wanted to play guitar because of Metallica. We listened to Alternative Rock from the 80’s, stuff like Pearl Jam. And then we discovered Jimmi Hendrix, Cream, Deep Purple. Later we discovered southern rock like Little Feed, Lionel Russel and also some new stuff, like The Black Keys, The Dead Weather, 17
