PROXY FOR THE SPECIAL MEETING OF BALLANTRAE AT CREEKSTONE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.

The undersigned member of the Ballantrae at Creekstone Condominium Association Inc., ("Association"), hereby appoints ___________________________________________or, in the event no person is named herein, the Secretary of the Association as my true and lawful Proxy, with full power of substitution in the event he/she is unable or declines to serve as my Proxy, to exercise the entire vote of the undersigned on all matters on which the undersigned is entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting of the members of the Ballantrae at Creekstone Condominium Association, Inc., to be held at: Ballantrae Clubhouse, on Monday, April 27, 2010, at 7:00 pm, (or any adjournments thereof). Such Proxy is authorized to vote in his/her discretion on any matter properly brought before the meeting for which the undersigned has given no directions as to the manner of casting the undersigned's vote. This Proxy shall be valid only for the purpose of said Meeting and any adjournment thereof. In no event shall any proxy be valid for a period longer than 90 days after the date of the first meeting for which it was given. This Proxy cannot be otherwise revoked except by written notice delivered to the Association at or prior to said Meeting, or by attendance of the undersigned at said Meeting.

Proxy may be faxed to 770-667-6315, scanned and emailed to pamela.davis@hms-inc.net or mailed to: Homeowner Management Services, Inc. PO BOX 2458, Alpharetta, GA 30023路2458. Proxy must be received by Friday, April 23, 2010.
