D A D S ’ C L U B , A T H L E T I C D E PA R T M E N T HOST STICKER SCRAMBLE The St. Joseph’s Academy Athletic Department and Dads’ Club joined forces to host the seventh-annual SJA Sticker Scramble on October 27 at Copper Mill Golf Club. Fourteen teams enjoyed lunch, a four-person scramble, dinner and prizes. First place gross went to the team of Jeff Routier, Chris Copeland, Gil Brassard and Ian McKnight. First place net finishers were Anna Heine, Brandon Ginn, DJ Johnson and Jake Cavana. Second place gross was the team of Matt Smith, Al Moreau, Mark Matthews and Michael Beckers. Second place net went to Erin Henley, Blake Watts, Del Godso and Travis Ponson. Closest to the pin was Anna Heine. Hitting the straightest drive was Randall Heine, and the longest drive winner was Michael Beckers. Serving on the tournament planning committee were Randall Heine, Ron McDaniel, Warren Davis, Dorinda Beaumont and Meg Gerald. Major sponsors for this year’s Sticker Scramble were Investar Bank, Baton Rouge Orthopaedic Clinic and MAPP Construction. Corporate sponsor was Big River Glass.
