HOTEL-84 This retreat hotel is located between MLK Blve and Grand Ave, with a site situated above highway I84, made this project an interesting challenge for the design. It comprises a five-star business hotel complex with 100 rooms, 10 separate meeting areas, supplemented by two large specialty conference rooms (red room), a large of garden space included resres taurants and a series of leisure retails throughout the grounds level facing MLK Blve and Grand Ave. On the top level, this hotel enhances the luxury stay with a swim pool between restaurant and bar. The idea is simply to find connection for business traveller, so they would feel like home in this hotel. To create that concept, the building has two red conference rooms where the most meeting take place to have the view of the Portland city on left side and Mounthood on the other.

Street Kounter: This project is a counter for a food cart. The intension of this counter is simply to rest and passing the food to costumers. The “Street Kounter scheme is to create the welcoming front cart where the people stop and greet when they walk by. To gain that impression the use of found objects and recycled materials such as windows, wood floors, sidings and coconut milk cans are being employed to help the design to reflect the Thai style street food.
