PROJECT CHALLENGES SpanWright UK were contracted to supply and install 150mm High Density Prestressed flooring and precast concrete stairs. The main challenges were the combination of the demanding project programme and the ongoing evolution of design and details as construction progressed. SpanWright‘s Design Team in partnership with Virdi’s Contracting Team were able to progress the design, production and installation of the project in phases by level. This phased process allowed construction to progress floor by floor without unnecessary delays caused by incomplete detail at other levels.
