In case of detectors to be re-calibrated or detector heads to be replaced during routine or extraordinary maintenance operations, customers should order only the replacement cartridge corresponding to its own detector and replace it without sending the complete detector for recalibration. IMPORTANT: The detectors compatible with the replacing procedure are those with F1 and F2 keys on the cover and equipped with the replacing head code on the label. e-Connect is a service for systems centralization, management and supervision that combines in a single cloud platform EL.MO intrusion and fire detection systems, home management systems and e-Vision® video surveillance systems. e-Connect makes it possible to control burglar alarm and fire detection systems status (home, office, holiday houses, etc.), receive notifications, manage systems through graphic maps, enable/disable devices (i.e. detectors), display images of video surveillance systems, and control home management systems such as irrigation and lighting systems. EL.MO. has taken advantage of its 40 years experience and has created this platform for end-users, installers, distributors keeping its focus on to security. Its architecture features a solid Cloud Server structure that includes all control units on the network and uses the most advanced SSL communication protocols (combined with certifications issued by internationally recognized Certification Authorities). With its multilevel structure, e-Connect meets the growing needs of autonomy of end-users and business opportunities of installers and distributors.
