The aim of this project is to develop a strategy for sustainable urban growth within the Fingerplan, that prevents the city from sprawling, respect the natural and ecological networks and guarantee urban qualities at all stages of the development.
SUSTAINABLE SUBURBANISM
A potential building zone is laid out within a radius of 1000m from the station. From the circular potential building zone, areas of special interest - nature, built structure and infrastructure - are subtracted.

The layout and the zoning of the urban fabric is ‘deformed’ by the surrounding landscape, creating a masterplan that adapts to its context.
