SWOT-ANALYSIS OF THE AREA-: STRENGTHS WEAKNESSES OPPORTUNITIES THREATS
•There are defined structures of the processes and the area •internal communication processes in the management of platform and information flow are well develop •better managementof external comm with the account managers •There is a better approach in media •improvement in material and promotion campaigns •background designs
•It has not worked on international cooperation •little support from members on the flow of information •it must work more in the public relation strategy •management and monitoring to accounts of the universities and companies •to establish a strategy of public relations with the enterprise guilds and with different media •optimize synergies among areas to achieve greater impact, a correct brand management and ensure the effectiveness of the brand XP •to develop communication strategies based on life changers
•low knowledge of the brand from memebers bring next threats: •bad media appearances •a wrong image projection of the Organization to the different supporters, enablers and allies. •deterioration of the climate and the organizational culture
MAIN INICIATIVES FOR THE AREA PUBLIC RELATIONS PLAN
• IT will aim to strengthen the image of AIESEC, creating greater recognition, positioning, and understanding of the Organization to the stakeholders. • The first phase is to develop a study of the segmentation of the lc on companies and media and plan more adequate strategies to achieve the objectives of this initiative according to the stakeholder.
•This initiative aims to establish sustainable media allies in time. achieving greater positioning in the external environment and thus generating greater interest in the development of activities, projects and events made by the Committee. Also it will help to reach the goals supporting the core areas processes.
INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION •To position AIESEC EAN inside of the platform to facilite international cooperation of the core areas with other committees. •Create a wiki to keep up to date the progress of the cooperation. Create with the wiki a good image of Bogota, promoting the exchanges •Do a follow up to the relationship.
