WHO ARE WE?
Simaxiom is a digital art studio, which specializes in architectural and product visualization. We produce high-detail imagery, animation, and interactive media for a variety of industries ranging from architecture, interior design, manufacturing, industrial/ product design, film, and game development. The Simaxiom team is lead by Kyle Szostek and Sheehan Watcher, based out of Brooklyn, NY. Our team of digital artists reside on all parts of the globe in order to enable an efficient 24-hour work cycle.
We believe photo-realistic imagery optimizes the process of design by rapidly solidifying choices concerning program, constructability, and aesthetics. The more clear the design intent is presented, the faster the design process can occur. In our modern world, especially in the AEC industry, optimization is key for saving time and fee.
With architectural movies, we are able to express significance of design features in an extremely convincing way. We use traditional cinematographic processes and camera effects in order to build depth, emotion, and narrative into our animation work.
Virtual Reality (VR) offers a truly immersive experience. With VR, you can step into your unbuilt design and feel the character of the space. You can look and even walk around freely in a digital space custom created according to your design specifications.
With our advanced digital tool set, we make photo-realistic rendering accessible at any phase of design.

This series of computer generated renderings were created for a property owner in Upstate NY, who had purchased a few acres to build a retreat for his family. The intent of these exterior renderings was to capture the architects vision of the house design. However, we set the scene roughly 10 years into the future in order to visualize how the new house would settle into the landscape over some time. The owners goal was for the house to blend into the natural beauty of the landscape, rather than it feeling out of place.

A business campus development, situated in the rolling hills of California. Renderings, animations, and additional 3d modeling for furniture studies were done as part of a visualization package for a private client.
The goal of visualization for the interior and exterior environments was to show high-end finishes, a dynamic material pallet, and portray natural daylight penetration throughout the entire campus.
