1.Import and de-duplicate data The iTMS import routine simplifies the process using drag and drop. The flexibility of the process means no time is wasted and calling can start in a matter of minutes. Efficiency of using data is essential, the deduplicate function greatly reduces unnecessary calls.

2. Assign calls and data management Data can be filtered and then assigned to specific telemarketers. Functions exist to automatically assign data to the Salesperson according the postcode. This further reduces any wasted time on difficult tasks.

3. Configure telemarketer profiles Preset each telemarketer's sign on settings so that they only have access to the appropriate campaign, and also to their own list within that campaign. This ensures the telemarketers waste no time deciding what to do.

4. Telemarketer call list When the telemarketer signs on to the iTMS system they will automatically be presented with any call backs that are due for the day, and also those that were due before today. The system is flexible so that either telemarketers' lists are totally predefined so that they just get presented with the next call, whatever it is, or they are able to manage their data and call-backs using their own initiative.

5. Quick calling using CTI, wrap-up to capture information and qualify contact The most effective dialling for B2B is preview CTI. Telemarketer can set call-backs, enter information and set call outcome (response). They can also send letters and emails generated from predefined templates with the relevant data automatically merged. An alternative way of working is to use call scripts. The screen can have as much or as little detail as is needed for the calls.

6. Call Recording

Using appropriate equipment calls can be recorded. iTMS can be set to only record calls with certain call outcomes thereby saving on disk space requirements. The recordings are linked directly to the contact history record, so anyone with the right authority can look at the history of a prospect and play back the call recordings. Another function allows supervisors to view all the calls a telemarketer has done and then play back selected recordings.

7. Telemarketer appointment calendar view The calendar (in either weekly or monthly format) shows available times, booked appointments and also notes from the salesperson saved remotely using the iTMS application. If the salesperson has set a time to be not available then the telemarketer cannot book the time.

8. An appointment result automatically sends email to salesperson Instant notification of new appointments will encourage the positive attitude essential for sales results.

9. Remote salesperson signs on to iTMS Accessing the server via the internet the salesperson can see either a weekly of monthly view. They only have access to their own data, and each salesperson can only access their own diary. The salesperson can update unavailable times and daily notes. Simply click on appointment for full details.

The salesperson can see full details of the prospect. In addition to standard name, address and contact details, iTMS can also display a street map of the location. The contact history will give an overview and details of all the contacts with the prospect. The biggest benefit is the ability of the salesperson to actually hear the conversations that led up to the appointment. Being able to hear the prospect will give the salesperson a huge advantage in closing the sale. After the appointment the salesperson is able to enter the outcome.
