Residual Spaces

70 left out plots are identified and deemed unusable in the territory and they will be ultimately designed to accommodate these various interventions and devices, introducing environmental protection, ground cleansing and a sense of community for the current and future possible inhabitants

Mobility Networks A new system of mobility is proposed based on some existing roads and newly suggested ones. The cars are not allowed to go directly on the coast, retransforming in that way the image of the waterfront while bike routes are enhanced and connected to the coastal one.

Cluster Division The area is organized IN a series of clusters defined over a network of mobility based on existing and newly added ones and a network of soft mobility. These networks connect the residual spaces of the territory and bring the community together.

Activation of Leftout Spaces The interventions negotiate within their locations a series of reactions and counter- reactions all in the aim of empowering their context and retransforming their surroundings.
