To All ECCO Select Employees: I would like to take a moment to welcome you to ECCO Select. If you are an existing employee I hope that you find this handbook to be an easier, more concise version than our previous copy. I began this company in 1995 in the bedroom of my home. At that point I was accountable for several roles: Sales, Payroll, Human Resources and Contractor. It is my hope that you will take the same pride and initiative of ECCO Select’s story as I have while building an organization filled with dedication and motivation. ECCO Select strives to provide an employee-friendly environment in which entrepreneurial, goal-oriented individuals thrive as they achieve ever more demanding challenges. We are committed to providing quality service to our clients and becoming their trusted partner for their business solution needs. Our goal is to create a positive environment of free-thinking, innovative ideas to grow our business and offer our partners sustainable options to meet their business objectives. The policies and procedures outlined in this handbook will be applied at the discretion of ECCO Select. The company reserves the right to deviate, withdraw or change information for any reason and without prior notice. Please review the policies, procedures, working conditions, and benefits described in this handbook. You will be asked to affirm that it is your responsibility to read and comply with the policies contained in this handbook and any revisions made to it. Success and well wishes,
