My work on this project involved the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from the design phase to User Acceptance Test (UAT) phase. Responsibilities: • Implemented WHIRL eChamps and eCafe applications in India and Indonesia. The development framework used was HSBC Execution Services based on an MVC Architecture. • Improved the turnaround time of the delivery of business specifications by almost 45% as part of the development team.
Worked in Java development of Use Cases along with unit and system integrated testing of the application. Resolved up to 98% of the defects as part of the defect- fixing team in the SIT phase of the project. Client/Project: HSBC/UK Retail Branch Banking - eCafe Collections (In production) This is a web based Call Management System for Collectors working in call-centers. This system uses the next generation dialing solution TAMI which interfaces with EPro and C2G Dialer components. My tasks included converting a Gold 4.0 prototype to make it compliant to new UI standards of Gold 5.0 prototype. The new prototype is XHMTL standards compliant. Responsibilities: • Converted a set of functional- requirements into wire- frames by modeling the task flow.

Research on the Security Challenges and Key Management in Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks (VANETs) – Ongoing Designed and implemented File System and Disk Storage system.
