Piorko I have taken on photography several years ago. At the very begining it was just a basic level I presented. I never wanted to shoot portraits and weddings since I regarded that branch of photography quite complex. Time was passing by and despite my earlier resolution I commenced to shoot weddings! Than I redeployed my efforts on portraits. So you should never say: I will not do sth ... I prefer shooting in specific environment placing model there to show some story. It doesn’t matter if this is a child’s face or adults’. What I love is a cinematic look that means I strive for teal and orange color. But that is not a rule number one for me. The goal, as I mentioned, is a story behind ...

Maurice „To shoot an outstanding picture, you have to open yourself, before you open the aperture“

Lohrke I adore light‌ Born 1973 in germany into a family of teachers and artists i grew up in connection with several arts and music. After highschool i studied sociology and business economics. While studying i played also professionally in several bands with several albums and walked always the line of quitting university and playing only music. After university ,i started to work in the airline business, i had several consulting and manager jobs. I quitted my last job as a manager of an international airport, as i felt the feeling inside of me, to show the world how beautiful it is. Roundabout 2 years ago i started photographing portraits. For me photography isnt about gear or technical issues, photography is about the connection of people, the bond that combines us all, because we are all one. I also adore the beauty of light and so it was inescapably to love shooting with natural and available light.all the pictures you see, have been shot with available light. I also do workshops for natural light, studiolight and retouching. Photography for me has some kind of a philosophical approach, the pursuit of light. It ist he light that shines onto the dark and fills it with her soul as well as it is the shadow that embraces the light to give it life. I want to show the beauty of people, show that every single person shines for him or herself. Everyone is beautiful. Photography for me is the conclusion of everything i have learned in my life so far. It is the reflection of myself onto the world and the reflection oft he world, the people on me.All of my pictures mirror and combine both sides into one image. It is a great adventure for me to get in connection with people, locations and light and i am always overwhelmed how beautiful the world and people are. 24

Dominika

Sowa

My adventure with photography has started quite recently as it was about two years ago when I started learning photography at Child Photography Academy. Step after step I came to place where I am now and I know that this is just the beginning of my journey with creating my style, which matures and changes with every experience I have. I love lifestyle photography as well as portrait photography. Documenting the fleeting moments of my children’s life is priceless. Despite the fact that I take photos in color as well as in black and white, those BW photos are my favourie and they dominate in my collection. I work on Canon 6D, Sigma Art 35 mm 1.4, Canon 135 mm 2.0, natural light only.

Wedding and Family Photographer

Become a photographer - it was not my childhood dream. I dreamed of becoming a pilot, or at least a geologist. But not enrolling in the Institute of Geology, I entered in the aviation University. If you do not fly, then at least make the planes. If someone at that time told me that I would be a famous photographer, I would never have believed it, even despite the fact that i had the my own first camera already in 10 years of age. Camera was with me in school, in University, and when I was an adult and successful businessman, I always took a camera on vacation or on travel. I liked to shot, and I had a lot of fun. One day I was invited to be photographer on one wedding and this was the moment when I realized that you can and have fun at the same time earn . So , gradually, my photography hobby has become my profession. The results of my first professional photo shoots I didn’t like. I wanted some unusual photos, that would be my photographs reminiscent of the paintings of great artists. I dived into the process of learning. Learning the paintings of artists I found patterns and rules, following which you can create a photo very similar to the picture. My technical mind and my education helped me a lot. The paintings of the Renaissance, and the late part of the Baroque and Rococo had big impact on me. I especially like the French artists of the XVIII century Francois Boucher, Fragonard Jean-Honore and Watteau Antoine.

The desire for embellishment, luxury, and elegance I transfer a photo. To show something more beautiful than it really is is not just a style, it’s a whole way of life and thinking in which was concentrated the peculiarities of national psychology. But to create a picture stylistically similar to the paintings is impossible without the use of additional light sources. Strobizm create similar light and shade inherent in the paintings, post-processing introduces changes in colour shades , helping to accentuate, to emphasize the main elements and to remove the attention from the secondary parts. And third, perhaps the biggest challenge is posing. Creating photographs is a process similar to the making of the movie. And if the Director is head on the set of the film who manages actors, during the photoset the photographer controls the models. The light, posing and postprocessing are the three most important tasks that a photographer must solve. And if these three tasks a photographer has solved well, he will be able to get a photo that has some artistic value. At the moment, I am not only photograph, but also share my experiences with other photographers and visit different cities and countries with my author master class.

Chris Lindsten Im 31 years old from Sweden. Always had a passion for nature, and now I have expanded that passion to architecture and moody images. I try to get out in nature more often as I get older, because I feel like its good for the body and mind. I picked up my first real camera in 2012, and started taking some images that people liked. But I didnt enjoy it that much right away and put the camera away up until the end of 2014 where I decided to start again but this time for real. And ever since then I have slowly evolved into who I am today as a photographer. My inspiration comes from other photographers on various photosites and magazines, I also get some of it from dreams and what I see when im out in nature.

My first contact with a camera was 14 years ago, it was a compact camera, which allowed me to go little by little a little in this exciting world, without stopping for a second a thought that today my obsession for photography became something So rewarding in my life and that would give me the possibility to see the world in another way, knowing places, fascinating landscapes, unique people. In these last years I have seen how much of my time they are dedicated to photography, trying to improve day to day, although always keeping in mind that the most important thing is the capture captured. I consider myself a lover of photography in general, both nature and social photography, where people are the main protagonist, and I try to capture its essence. Recalling a phrase by Antonie de Saint-Exupery “The dream of your life is a dream, and of your dream a reality, my life and my dream are photography.
