Choose from a range of skills: from life skills to skills essential for successful interview / job. CSDP makes it possible using 3 tier approach of classroom – individual coaching – eLearning.


CSDP - 01

Design CSDP begins with two day on campus workshop designed using Experiential Learning System. In the second step a one to one on campus interactive session is organized with our experts to give personalized inputs to participants. The effectiveness of the programme is further strengthened in third step through Online Refresher and Evaluation System - developed by PCG. Successful completion of evaluation would lead to certification by PCG.

Career Skill Development Programme (CSDP)

Tier 1 – Classroom

Sixteen Hours Class Room Training with interactive and experiential learning system. The programme enhances the learning through audio visual aids. This leads to award of certification of participation. The Programme components are:

A US patented Psychometric Assessment that provides the personalized ’Career Suitability Report’ of the participant. This helps the participant to analyze competencies and decide his/her employability and career path.

Tier 3 – Consulting

30 minutes One to One Coaching/Consulting session with PCG Expert on Dimensional Balance, Skill Set Evaluation and Career Suitability Report. This gives confidence to the participant to utilize his inherent skills, competencies and acquired knowledge to improve the employability quotient.


Tier 2 – Assessment


Dimensional Balance, Skill Assessment, Time Management, Team Building, Professional Excellence Training, Time Management, Presentation Skill, Communication Skill,

Six Hours of Online Refresher after 60 days of training programme to ensure the consolidation of learning and practice based on various scientific approaches & feedback will be given.

Tier 5 – Practice

Membership in PCG’s Web based Community Network which provides the avenue to interact with national/international industry professional, Discussion forum, Online mentoring, Newsletters and Online learning Support
