INDIABULLS ONE 09 COMMERCIAL CLIENT : Indiabulls Real Estate TYPE : Commercial / Retail Complex LOCATION : Gurgaon AREA : 6 Acres STATUS : Under Construction Indiabulls One 09 is a commercial complex, situated in Sector 109 Gurgaon. It is spread across 6 acres on Dwarka Expressway just 15 mins drive from IGI Airport (Delhi). The complex consists of high street retail and commercial offices. The retail component encompasses three levels of boutiques, charming cafes/restaurants and a multiplex which are amidst lush landscape and fountains, promoting a tranquil zen like atmosphere. The commercial component is an office tower which offers varying sizes of units giving full flexibility to the end user. With a prime location on Mulund-Goregoan Link Road and close proximity to everyday needs; we chanced upon an idea of designing homes that were tailor made and exclusive. Thus Marathon Emblem has been envisoned as a project that offers exclusive residences with more space, well thought amenities and fewer neighbours !! It is a multi-storied residential tower that offers exclusive 3 & 4 BHK apartments with only 2 exclusive residences on each floor.

Optimus is a redevelopment project which rehouses the original residences /shops and new saleble component. The challenge wa s t o c r e a t e a u n i f o r m developmen t even - though apartment sizes vary from 900 sq.ft. to 6000 sq.ft. This coupled with the brief to retain building height within 70 mt. for regulatory purposes, provided additional challenge to the design.
