at SHP-Bedok I had a hard time searching my bag for my child’s health booklet as I was carrying my baby. HA Sim Siew Bee helped me opened my bag while I searched for the booklet. During vaccination, SN Karuppaya and SSN Lim Khar Tiang were great by providing comfort for my baby throughout the process. They also explained the post-vaccination information to me in details.
