Quilt Day at SHPC — NEW DATE 7th

The annual "A Future and A Hope Adoption and Foster Care Conference" will be February 9, 2013, at Grace Covenant Church in Austin. This conference has served around a 1000 singles and couples exploring or in the process of an adoption or foster training, and adoptive or foster families looking for continuing education. We are excited to announce the 2013 conference will include a session track based on Karyn Purvis' Connected Child strategies for families who already have children in their homes. Make plans to attend and bring some friends.

“Piece on Earth" quilters will meet on Saturday, January 26th from 9a-4p in Portables A and B at William Cannon instead of the originally scheduled time a week earlier. Bring your sewing tools, a sewing machine if you have one, and a "brown bag lunch.” We have some donated fabrics that we are using, but feel free to also bring your own. Questions? Ask Lynn Wright (512.288.0188) or Dee Merrell (512.829.4352)
