Join us for our first meeting of the fall on Sunday, Sept 9th, in the library. We'll begin our new series Walking With God in the Desert by Ray Vander Laan. Our Sept social event will be later this month, so keep an eye out for information on it! Want to know more about us? Look us up on Facebook or e-mail us at email@example.com Christianity and World Religions is a six-week study that explores four major world religions — Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam, and Judaism — and compares the beliefs of each with those of Christianity. This study deals with questions people ask about other religions, including why we should believe the claims of Christianity over those of other faiths. The author urges us as Christians to build bridges with others so that we might grow in our faith, seek peace in our world, love our neighbor, and find positive ways to share the gospel. Join us for this compelling study on Wednesday evenings this fall from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in Room 9, beginning Wednesday, September 19th . Please contact Suzie Bridges for more information at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Now you will be able to hear every word as if it was spoken directly to you. Please see our sound techs in the Sound Room. Cell phone etiquette Please remember to silence your cell phone during the worship service. And remember—unless you are texting God, those text messages can probably wait till the service is over. Please take a moment to fill a name tag out (or bring yours from home). This is a great way for you to meet someone new and make people feel welcome. Thanks!
