Children’s Programs Tales for Tots

Every Friday Morning 10:30 am - 11:00 am Tales for Tots is our popular early literacy education program that incorporates stories and activities with a fantasy theme. Parents and children ages six and under are welcome to drop in to this free program

Ready to Read

Every Friday Afternoon 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm Ready to Read is our popular early literacy program that incorporates stories and activities for children to help prepare them for the challenges of learning how to read. Wii for Tweens

Thursday After School 3:45pm to 5:00pm Calling all gamers! Come in and enjoy playing the coolest multi player games the Wii has to offer. Looking for more to do? We also have board games available to play with your friends. Wii Game Day is a free program for kids ages 7 to 12, and we supply snacks for all tween gamers. 4

Children’s Programs Super Story Time: All about Robert Munsch Saturday September 21 10:30am to 11:30am

Enjoy the exciting tales of Robert Munsch at this fun program for kids ages six and under. Have fun making crafts, playing games, and listening to stories written by one of Canada’s most celebrated children’s authors.

Family Day: Extreme Fort Ops Saturday September 21 2:00pm to 4:00pm

Test your building skills and make the ultimate fort at this free family event. We supply the materials you’ll need to build a massive structure, and you supply the imagination to make it into the coolest fort Brooks has ever seen. This is a free Family Day event and parents and kids of all ages are welcome to attend.

Ladies Night Out: Wine Tasting Thursday September 18 7:00pm to 9:00pm
