ey everyone! It’s October which means it’s Halloween! Halloween is one of my favourite times of the year! In fact, I already have my costume already to go and this month I’m super excited about the build up to Halloween!

lthough Halloween is like the biggest gig of October, I may be more excited about the Walking Dead season 7! OMG! I have loved watching the last 6 seasons and we have waited almost a year to catch season 7! The Walking Dead season 7 will premiere on AMC, in the States, on Sunday the 23rd of October 2016. It will air 24 hours after that here in the UK, starting Monday the 24th of October, on FOX. I can’t wait! Many of my friends - like me – love the Walking Dead series, however believe it or not, there are still plenty of people that have never experienced this awesome series, like what? Why not? So here’s a review type of thing of season one. It’s just a simple summary really. So read this and then go watch it! So the main character is Rick Grimes, he’s a sheriff’s deputy in Georgia, who is left in a coma after a shooting. Whilst he is in his coma, his family – Lori, (wife) and Carl, (son) – and his best friend, Shane, come visit. We don’t know why, but the apocalypse begins. Is it an airborne virus? Is it something in the water?

We don’t know, but what we do know is that people are becoming ill and dying. Once dead, they return to an altered state of living and feed on human flesh! Shane goes to the hospital to try save Rick. Rick is unconscious in his hospital bed. There’s a lot of walking dead about and the army have been deployed to kill the ‘walkers’ as they are known. Unfortunately the virus is spreading fast and the army can’t contain or stop the up rise of so many dead and are quickly over-run with their own walking dead soldiers! At the hospital Shane listens for a heart beat but is so distraught with everything that is going on around him that he doesn’t hear it. He leaves Rick there, shutting the door of his room and locking a hospital bed in front of it, so the walkers can’t get inside the room. Rick wakes up to find the world has changed since he had last seen it. Civilisation has collapsed. There are thousands of zombies everywhere and survivors of this apocalypse face a battle to survive. Rick cannot understand or grasp what is going on. He sets off out to find his wife and son – who think that he is dead. Lori, Carl and Shane have fled the infected city and gone to higher ground where they think they will be safe. Rick witnesses the way the world has changed. And the hard decisions people need to make if they want to carry on living. He hates how it has changed people and he sees the good in people, which he soon learns is a weakness.

Rick soon realises that tough decisions will come and that he has to step up and change into a survivor instead of avoiding the dead and just tagging along. There are six episodes in the first season. The first, being the pilot episode for the series, runs for just over an hour. The others are forty five minutes each. This series is intriguing and is actually more interesting than the cliché zombie apocalypse film/ series. The zombies (The walkers) are actually quite realistic – if that makes sense.

Basically every zombie looks different and unique, and one in ten walkers is slightly more advanced in a ‘skill’ than others. But throughout the seasons you see this less and less. I feel like that is because most of the walkers have been decaying longer, so I think that’s pretty self-explanatory. The first episode throws you into the middle of this new world, it introduces you to it via Rick's experiences after waking up from his coma. The music makes it really effective, in fact some scenes are deathly silent, which is soooo tense. Some are downright scary as well!!!

ou will eventually meet more characters, who are an interesting bunch, but they represent ordinary people from all types of life and from different upbringings being thrown together, and starting out as total strangers, then having to work with each other to survive. They all grow trust for each other, however obviously there are some outcasts and some arguments and betrayals. Being zombie horror, the Walking Dead is also a character drama, which I find really nice. It’s all about the effect of a major life change and the counter-effects and tough decisions that survivors have to make, in order to eat, drink , protect, defend and ultimately survive. Of course life is completely different to how we know it and so you get to see detailed insights into how we have to change as a result. Also since I have taken Sociology as an option at school, it’s really cool to see how everything fits into different social categories. Each episode does tend to differ on how it plays out. The first two episodes are fast paced with a fair amount of action. The third slows down slightly to introduce characters. The fourth has a big dilemma with some good plot developments. The fifth deals with the aftermath of an incident and the choices it forces on people. The sixth episode shows what certain other people have been up to and just catches back up with the show really to close things. If you have read the Walking Dead comic books, then you'll find that season 1 does bring a lot of the set pieces from the first volume of collected issue, the walking dead volume 1: Days Gone. The film version does include a lot of extra stories and a few characters that may be new on you. What’s cool is that the casting is well thought out as a lot of the actors do look kind of similar to the comic book series, which is comforting for readers and fans of the comic book series.

Diary of a Teenager... So like I said earlier… Halloween!!! I’m so excited! I’m Harley Quinn this year! The costume came and it looks amazing I love it! Her make up is pretty simple, which is a break from what I normally do – meaning latex and special effects. I say that, but I still have to write rotten across my cheek, that may be a job for my mum to do. Help? This month my kid sister Madeleine, has actually been given a baking section in this magazine, which you should all go check out. She’s actually amazing at cooking and she's baking some cakes for me to take to a charity event I’m helping to run. Her cakes are dairy free since she is lactose intolerant, You definitely should go check her out! That’s all I have space for this month, until next time, look after one another and don’t scare oldies this Halloween! Lol! Lots of love Millie Ball xxx

How do you know if that persistent rapping on your walls is bad plumbing or a mischievous spirit? Here’s how to check if your house is haunted!

ou hear heavy footsteps in the upstairs hallway when you know no one is up there. Doors slam unaccountably. Commonly used items disappear and reappear without cause. The kitchen light turns on by itself. There's the unmistakable scent of a strange perfume in the air. These may be indications that your house is haunted. True hauntings are rare occurrences, and it may be difficult to determine whether or not any strange phenomena you are experiencing in your home might be due to a haunting. For one thing, no one really knows what a "real" haunting is - what causes it or why it starts. THE SIGNS OF A HAUNTING The first step is to determine, as best you can, whether or not you truly have a legitimate case of a haunting. Not all hauntings are alike, and they may exhibit a variety of phenomena. Some hauntings feature a single phenomenon - such as a particular door slamming shut that occurs repeatedly - while others consist of many different phenomena, ranging from odd noises to full-blown apparitions.

Here's a partial list of phenomena that might indicate that your house is haunted: Unexplained noises - footsteps, knocks, banging, rapping, scratching sounds, sounds of something being dropped. Sometimes these noises can be subtle and other times they can be loud.

Doors, cabinets and cupboards opening and closing - most often, these phenomena are not seen directly. The experiencer either hears the distinct sounds of the doors opening and closing (homeowners get to know quite well the distinctive sounds their houses make) or the experiencer will return to a room to find a door open or closed when they are certain that it was left in the opposite position. Sometimes furniture, like kitchen chairs, are perceived to have been moved. Lights turning off and on - likewise, these events are seldom seen actually occurring, but the lights are switched on or off when the experiencer knows they were not left that way. This can also happen with TVs, radios and other electrically powered items. Items disappearing and reappearing - this phenomenon has been examined in the article "The DOPler Effect." Others have called this "the borrowers" phenomenon, and it's the familiar experience of not being able to find a regularly used item - say, your set of car keys - which you believe you placed in a spot you routinely place them. But they're gone and you look high and low for them with no success. Some time later, the keys are found - in exactly the place you normally put them. It's as if the object was borrowed by someone or something for a short time, then returned. Sometimes they are not returned for days or even weeks, but when they are, it's in an obvious place that could not have been missed by even a casual search.

Unexplained shadows - the sighting of fleeting shapes and shadows, usually seen out of the corner of the eye. Many times, the shadows have vaguely human forms, while other times they are less distinguishable or smaller. Strange animal behaviour - a dog, cat or other pet behaves strangely. Dogs may bark at something unseen, cower without apparent reason or refuse to enter a room they normally do. Cats may seem to be "watching" something cross a room. Animals have sharper senses than humans, and many researchers think their psychic abilities might be more finely tuned also. Feelings of being watched - this is not an uncommon feeling and can be attributed to many things, but it could have a paranormal source if the feeling consistently occurs in a particular part of the house at a particular time.

Yet even stranger things can happen... Mild psychokinetic phenomena hearing a door open or close is one thing. Actually seeing it happen is quite another. Similarly, actually seeing a light go on or off by itself is greater proof that something unexplained is happening. Do you see the TV or radio turn on? Or perhaps you're present when a child's powered toy begins to operate on its own. Doors and windows are locked or unlocked. Some people report that when they are in bed they can feel and/or hear something sitting on the bed.

Feelings of being touched - the feeling of being watched is one thing, and actually feeling like you are being touched is quite another. Some people feel something brush past them, something touching their hair or "a hand" on the shoulder. Some feel a gentle poke, push or nudge. Cries and whispers - on occasion, muffled voices, whispering and crying can be heard. Sometimes it's music from some unknown source. People hear their names being said. This phenomenon, as is true for the one above, gains more credibility if more than one person hears or sees the same thing at the same time. Cold or hot spots - cold spots are classic haunting symptoms, but any instance of a noticeable variance in temperature without a discernable cause could be evidence. Unexplained smells - the distinct fragrance of a perfume or cologne that you do not have in your house. This phenomenon comes and goes without any apparent cause and may accompany other phenomena, such as shadows, voices or psychokinetic phenomena. Foul odours can happen in the same way.

Rarer still are more extreme phenomena, some of which have been called poltergeist phenomena, and can be quite strong evidence of a true haunting: Moving or levitating objects (severe psychokinetic phenomena) - dinner plates sliding across the table; pictures flying off walls; doors slamming shut with great force; furniture sliding across the floor. Physical assault - scratches, slaps and hard shoves. This kind of personal assault is extremely rare, but obviously highly disturbing. Other physical evidence - unexplained writing on paper or walls; handprints and footprints. Apparitions - physical manifestation of a spirit or entity. These phenomena are also very rare and can take many forms: human-shaped mists or forming mists of some indistinguishable shape; transparent human forms that disappear quickly, and most rarely, human forms that look as real and solid as any living person, but that disappear into a room or even while being viewed.

How to Throw the Perfect

Spooky Halloween Party! Have fun with the family this Halloween with 7 quick, easy and super spooky ideas: 1. A Spook-tacular Entrance First impressions count and will get your guests in the party mood. Make sure you give them a scary welcome with a super-scary front door. Deck with Jack O’lanterns (make your own with a stencil or opt for decorations that can be used year after year), bats, spiders, skeletons, skulls, webs and ghost motifs – just a few small touches will look spine-chillingly spectacular. 2. Get the kids in character Dressing up is everyone’s favourite part of Halloween, so have fun transforming your kids into werewolves, wicked witches ghouls and vampires with costumes and face paint kits. For a less-mess option, masks are the perfect alternative.

Great Party Tip: Keep a bowl of props at your party handy containing such items as Vampire teeth, moustaches, fake noses, and wigs or masks and let your guests add to their own outfits.

3. Spooky snacks

5. Table Decorations

Fiendish food is a must. Once you’re done with the traditional game of apple-bobbing, everyone will deserve a sweet treat. Shaped cakes, muffin and jelly moulds made from easy-to-use silicone are ideal, plus you can even get in the mood with a matching apron. Don’t forget plenty of food colouring for some eerie icing.

Don’t forget to decorate your table, even if it’s just for buffet food, and swap the usual dinnerware for fun plates, bowls and tumblers. A bowl of fruit punch – blood red with cranberry juice – makes plenty of impact, as do mini pumpkins, plastic spiders and gummy worms interspersed between the treats.

4. Create an eerie atmosphere Halloween is all about things that go bump in the night so turn the lights down low at your party and let some creepy characters dotted around the room provide the atmosphere for you. Fairy lights will also look great twined around plants, pillars and banisters and a few candles and lanterns on a gauze-draped mantel will set the mood too. Don’t forget the spooky background music too! Check out ‘Youtube’ for inspiration!

6. Get Tricky with the Treats! Give trick or treaters a chilling sweet treat from a dedicated decorated bowl. Repurpose an existing one and wrap in black gauze or invest in a frightful dedicated one that can be brought out every Halloween. You can also use bowls for party favours for your guests as they leave. 7. 5 Halloween Movies Guaranteed to scare the living daylights!

We all love a good scare! Well this Halloween here are 5 top movies that will definitely fit the occasion!

In 1970, paranormal investigators and demonologists Lorraine and Ed Warren are summoned to the home of Carolyn and Roger Perron. The Perrons and their five daughters have recently moved into a secluded farmhouse, where a supernatural presence has made itself known. Though the manifestations are relatively benign at first, events soon escalate in horrifying fashion, especially after the Warrens discover the house's macabre history.

When their youngest daughter, Em, becomes strangely obsessed with an antique wooden box bought from a yard sale, parents Clyde and Stephanie see little cause for alarm. However, Em becomes increasingly unstable, leading the couple to fear the presence of a malevolent force. To their horror, Clyde and Stephanie learn that the box contains a dybbuk, a dislocated spirit that inhabits - and ultimately devours - a human host.

Parents take drastic measures when it seems their new home is haunted and their comatose son is possessed by a malevolent entity.

2. THE EVIL DEAD (2013) Mia, a drug addict, is determined to kick the habit. To that end, she asks her brother, David, his girlfriend, Natalie and their friends Olivia and Eric to accompany her to their family's remote forest cabin to help her through withdrawal. Eric finds a mysterious Book of the Dead at the cabin and reads aloud from it, awakening an ancient demon. All hell breaks loose when the malevolent entity possesses Mia.

4. MAMA On the day that their parents die, sisters Lilly and Victoria vanish in the woods, prompting a frantic search by their Uncle Lucas and his girlfriend, Annabel. Five years later, miraculously, the girls are found alive in a decaying cabin, and Lucas and Annabel welcome them into their home. But as Annabel tries to reintroduce the children to a normal life, she finds that someone -- or something -- still wants to tuck them in at night.

Chapter 2 The Lamberts, Renai and Josh, are ready for their lives to return to normal. However, something still is seriously off, especially with Josh, who -- unbeknown to Renai -- is possessed too. In order to free Josh's soul and finally defeat the malevolent forces around them, Lorraine Lambert and her ghosthunting friends investigate the past to save her family's future.

Chapter 3 When teenager Quinn Brenner senses that her late mother is trying to contact her, she seeks help from gifted psychic Elise Rainier. However, Elise's tragic past makes her reluctant to use her abilities. After Quinn is attacked by a malevolent entity, her father pleads with Elise for help. With support from two parapsychologists, Elise ventures deep into ‘The Further’ -- where she finds a powerful demon with an insatiable craving for human souls.

i, I am Madeleine Ball and I am 9 years old. I love baking and have been on a diary free diet for years! I can’t even remember what ice cream tastes like! My mum says that’s I am very good at baking so I have decided to share with you some of my favourite Dairy Free baking!

Zesty Lemon Spice Cake! Ingredients: 225g dairy free margarine – I like Vitalite 225g caster sugar 225g self-raising flour 4 medium eggs Grated Zest & Juice 3 lemons 1 tsp ground cinnamon 6/7 tbsp icing sugar Method: Preheat oven to 180c/160c fan/gas mark 4. Lightly grease & line a 2lb loaf tin Cream together the sugar & butter. Add eggs with 2 tbsp of the flour mix well. Beat in the lemon zest and fold in the remaining flour and cinnamon. Place in the prepared tin and bake for around 4050 mins. Then cake should be golden brown and springy to the touch. Leave the cake in the tin. Prick the cake all over with a skewer or sharp knife and pour over half the lemon juice and transfer to a wire rack to cool. When cool blend the remaining lemon juice with the icing sugar and drizzle over the top. Don’t worry if it runs over the sides. Leave to set. That’s it!! Hope you like it I think its yummy!! If you like my recipe you can follow my baking YouTube channel - Coming Soon!

Hi My human friends, here we arrive in October and in my home, the little humans are all excited about Halloween. Halloween can be a fun time of year for the whole family, however, there are many potential dangers and sources of stress for your pets that can be easily avoided. Remember, we pets don’t like to do stress - we leave that to you humans!

Dogs may also ingest food wrappers, causing a risk of choking, upset stomach or gastrointestinal blockage. Various party snacks can be too salty and may contain ingredients that can poison your dog.

know you humans love Halloween and I myself do enjoy the occasion. I get to bark at the door bell ringers and love to see my humans friends enjoying themselves, but there is also a real danger element for some pets around this time of year. So this month I wanted to help you humans take the stress out of Halloween for us furry friends, whilst not tainting the event too much for you humans!

Alcoholic beverages and dogs do not mix - they pose a significant risk of severe illness or even death! So my advise is to keep all of these "human goodies" far out of your pooch’s reach. If you are not positive that you can keep your furry friend away from these hazards, then consider confining your pet to another area of your home during the festivities. Of course, keeping appropriate dog treats around for your dog can be a great idea, but remember not to overfeed.

This month I want to raise a smile or two. So before we begin here’s a photo of my friends last Halloween in their festive costumes. So with it being that spooky time of year I’d like to remind you to keep your dog safe from the following Halloween hazards:

Halloween Decorations We dogs love to explore and this time of year we’re bound to be curious about new objects around the house, and that includes Halloween decorations! Be sure decorations are not in areas where we could ingest them or bump into them. Power cords trip your dog or lead to electrical shock if chewed. Be careful with the placement of jack-o-lanterns - have you ever seen a dog eat a whole pumpkin? It is not pretty! Also, candles can be knocked over, potentially burning your dog and/or starting a fire.

Halloween sweets and other treats Remember that human treats are not usually good for us pooches! Candy - especially chocolate - can be extremely toxic to your dog. Artificially sweetened candy, gum and other goodies may also contain xylitol, a highly toxic substance. Trust me, we pooches don’t need this in our tummies!

Other decorations can also be eaten or broken, causing serious harm to your dog. Of course, have fun and decorate your home - just think about your furry best friend first! Trick-or-Treaters and other Guests Though many dogs love visitors, some can become fearful of strangers. Many dogs will even be afraid of people they know if those people are in dressed in costumes. Plus, constant ringing of the doorbell might get your Pooch over-excited or very stressed out. Think about your dog's typical reaction to visitors and take extra precautions for Halloween. Keep your Pooch at a distance when greeting trick-or-treaters. You could consider putting up a baby gate or confining us to another area of the home. When inviting guests into your home, introduce them to your dog in a positive manner. If your dog seems afraid of guests dressed in costumes, remove pooch from the situation calmly. During parties and loud gatherings, your dog might do best in another area of your home unless they are used to these types of events and have done well in the past.

Lots of local businesses have joined us in the past few months and are reaping the positive response of their advertising.

Halloween Costumes for Dogs Some dogs really enjoy getting dressed in costumes they might embrace the fun and revel in the attention. Other dogs can become scared or uncomfortable in clothing of any type. If you want to dress your dog up, start simple and see how they handle it. If we don’t like it, then don't push the issue. Try a Halloween bandanna or collar instead. If your dog does seem to enjoy getting dressed up, be certain you choose a costume that fits comfortably. If it is too tight, it could cut off circulation or cause sores to develop. Loose-fitting outfits can trip your dog or get caught on objects around the house. Because of these potential dangers, never leave your dog unattended in the costume. They could become injured or may ingest parts of the costume and choke, become sick, or develop gastrointestinal blockage.

The Shoppers Guide magazine simply connects local businesses with thousands of local people each month.

With regular monthly columns, great competitions and a growing local following of over 85000, the Shoppers Guide Magazine is not only the largest circulated magazine in Chesterfield, it’s YOUR NUMBER 1 FREE monthly read...

Outdoor Dangers I personally feel that unsupervised dogs are best kept indoors year-round, though some dogs will do fine living outdoors alone. However, the rules are different during the festive Halloween season! So please do take responsibility for your pooches nature and above all, ensure that you, your guests and your pets all have a safe and fun time!

hat just about brings this Autumnal month to a close. Nest month we will be entering November and December and all things Christmas are just around the corner! I do enjoy sharing my pooch-life with you humans and feel that we are developing a further understanding of one another! Please do enjoy your Halloween festivities at the end of this month and take on board some of my pooch advise! Now we understand one another more we can both relax a little and enjoy the simple pleasures of friendship and companionship. I love being around my human friends and love sharing so much of my life with your two legged masters. I hope you too are gaining a greater understanding of what life is like on all fours (so to speak) and with that, until next month, STOP STRTESSING and START LIVING! - The life of a Joey! WHOOF!

At Granite Transformations

Our customers keep telling us that their kitchen has become the focal point of their house. The challenge many of them face is that their kitchen has become tired and outdated. The cost of a full replacement has been restrictive, with average prices quoted at over £15,000 for a standard finish, weeks of disruption, sub-contract workers in their home for several days, additional un-budgeted costs and often last minute changes having to be agreed. We rejuvenate the kitchen you know and love with over 30 different colours and styles of granite, glass or quartz worktops, granite, mosaic or glass splash-backs, fitted appliances and a range of made to measure replacement cabinetry at affordable prices – for significantly less than cost of a new kitchen. We only use our own highly trained fitters and the all-inclusive price we quote is the price you pay. Moreover, because there is no demolition we can normally fit your new worktops in just one day. Visit our showroom at 6a Centurion Way Business Park, off Alfreton Road in Derby, where we have ample free parking and our unique ‘kitchen customiser’. We are open six days per week. ello there all you lovely people, I hope this month of October finds you well and happy. Indeed there’s lots to celebrate this month my lovelies, it’s a fabulous time of the year...

love October. The trees are glorious in their golden colours and the last of the flowers in my garden are still looking lovely. The sun still holds a little warmth for a few more weeks at least and my grandchildren are enjoying the build up to that wonderful Halloween season! Of course there’s lots more to look forward to yet with Halloween, Bon Fire Night and of course Christmas still to arrive! This last month we have been harvesting all the fruit in our garden and making all manner of chutneys and sauces, liquors and Jams in preparation for the Christmas period. Our pantry shelves are groaning under the weight of lots of different autumn delights! I most say that we have had a bumper harvest this year and I am just about jammed and chutney’d out! It's lovely to be able to sit and write my column in peace and quiet whilst enjoying a cup of my special earl grey tea in complete silence...Bliss!!! This month of course brings Halloween and although my grandchildren will be out trick or treating it’s worth remembering to ask your young ones not to scare us oldies too much! When I was a child we didn't celebrate Halloween in the way you do nowadays, so not all us oldies are accustomed to the modern celebrations!

Halloween has its origins in pagan festivals held at the end of October in England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland. People believed that, at this time of year, the spirits of dead people could come 'alive' and walk among the living. They thought that it was important to dress up in costumes when venturing outside, to avoid being harmed by the spirits. Halloween used to be called ‘All Hallows Eve’- or the day before All Saints' Day, observed on November 1st. Halloween is also known ‘Bob Apple Night’ This comes from a traditional game played at this time of year and known as 'apple bobbing'. A bucket or other container is filled with water and one or more apples are floated on the water. The contestants take turns trying to catch an apple with their teeth. They must hold their hands behind their backs at all times. Some people believe that apple bobbing is a reminder of the way women accused of witchcraft in the middle ages were tried. They were tied to a chair and repeatedly ducked into a river or pond. If a woman drowned, she was declared innocent. If she survived, she was declared a witch and burnt at the stake! Gosh, that’s enough scaring for this month! Here’s my uplifting quote of the month for October:

Nana’s Famous Autumn Chutney You will need:

1Kg Plums 350gms Cooking Apples 250gms Onions 125gms Raisins 300gms Light brown sugar 1 tsp Sea salt 1 tsp of each: Allspice, cinnamon and coriander. Half a tsp dried chilli flakes 1tsp Fennel seeds 600mls White wine or cider vinegar

Method: Halve your plums and remove the stones, then quarter the fruit. Core, peel and dice your apples. Peel and finely slice your onions. Put all the ingredients into a preserving pan or a large saucepan and bring slowly to the boil stirring all the time to dissolve the sugar. Simmer gently for about two hours until you can draw a wooden spoon over the base of the pan and it leaves a trail. Stir frequently so your chutney does not stick to the pan and burn. Your chutney should now look thick and glossy. Check your seasoning and add more salt if you feel it's necessary. Pour into warm sterilized jars and cover with discs of waxed paper. Put on your lids, label and store in a cool dark place This Chutney will keep for at least 12 months if required. However in our house it lasts 5 minutes! Of course you can double or triple this recipe as I do to make in bulk loads.

IDEA: This year I’m going to use some of my chutney to make up small hampers for Christmas gifts. You too could follow my idea and delight your friends and family with some homemade scummy treats! I will love you and leave you until next month...God Bless

Cloudy2Clear Windows – Service With A Smile! It’s been a crazy few months for Cloudy2Clear Windows. The company which specialises in repairing windows which are steamed up, broken or damaged by replacing the panes – not the frames has grown rapidly as homeowners take advantage of their services. Managing Director John Kendall feels that it’s all about service. ‘Our product is simple. If your double glazing is misted up we can replace the glass at a fraction of the cost of a new window, in any type of frame, and with a new 5 year guarantee. But it’s not just about saving people money, although

that obviously helps. Many tradespeople have struggled since last year and I honestly feel that during the good times a minority perhaps didn’t focus on customer care as much as they should have done. We make sure we turn up when we say we will, do the job the customer requires and leave their house as clean as a whistle. I often get comments back from customers on how they really didn’t expect that sort of service which, in a way, is very sad for the service industry as a whole.’ Cloudy2Clear service the Chesterfield & Mansfield areas and John is finding that his approach is a major factor

in his success.‘The truth is that it’s not just the personal satisfaction that I get from doing a good job but also it makes good business sense. I get a huge amount of business from friends and family of people I’ve done work for,

which just goes to show how much a little bit of effort is appreciated.’ So, if your windows are steamed up, broken or damaged give John a call for a free quotation on 0800 61 21 118 and he’ll be happy to help!
