THE DITCHES ARE RUNNING! Children are quick and curious. They need to be watched around any water. This year the rivers are especially high and swift. Drowning is the leading cause of death for young children. The good news is that these tragedies can be prevented. WATCH KIDS NEAR WATER, AND SAVE A LIFE.
