About PAVE Shop! is proud to administer the Planning and Visual Education Partnership (PAVE), which is the educational foundation for the retail environments industry. PAVE is a vital and effective organization that enables young talent to build successful careers in all aspects of the retail industry. Our vision is to cultivate students and educators through financial assistance, top industry thinking, inspiration and mentorship. This is accomplished through design competitions and projects, seminars, workshops, and annual fundraising events like the PAVE Gala and the PAVE Bash with proceeds dedicated to educational programs and projects benefiting students. During 2017, PAVE will have awarded over $150,000 to students, educators and schools.
