procacci’s new menu is simply set to satisfy!

proccaci recently launched a spanking new menu that features back to basics italian dishes with a touch of fine indulgence. traditional delights like the cuore di burrata con prosciutto pio tosini - a platter that includes puglia’s famous burrata cheese with parma ham, filetto al tartufo nero -  black angus tenderloin in black truffle sauce and a sprinkle of caviar on select authentic fare take center stage.

riding on the successes of its other acclaimed dining outlets such as gelato cafe ‘gusttimo’, italian restaurant ‘alfresco gusto’ and korean restaurant ‘sarang’, gusttimo world opens its first japanese traditional fine-dining establishment located at odeon towers called han specialising in kushikatsu. helming the kitchen is chef seiichiro arakawa, who bears 18 years of kushikatsu restaurant experience in japan, and a further eight years in singapore. mentored by chef hasegawa tsutomu at a-bon – a one-michelin starred restaurant in ashiya, in kobe– chef arakawa intends to expose local taste buds to the traditional naniwa (‘old’ Osaka) cuisine served similarly at a-bon.

pick mee orchard hotel singapore recently unveiled a brand new outlet with hua ting’s masterchef chan kwok delivering fine cantonese noodles, causally. on the menu are whole premium abalone, fresh scallop, sea perch, tiger prawn, soya chicken, stewed beef brisket & tendon in homemade brown sauce, stewed pig’s trotter in fermented beancurd and braised minced pork with bean noodles are priced between $12.80 and $15.80 with sets that include a side of vegetables and drink at $19.90 only.
