This proposal was first submitted to MDP Chairperson Moosa Manik on May 2010 on a public gethering held at Fuvahmulah Education Centre. Later on another copy was handed directly to President Nasheed during the same month. The president assured that the project will be executed before the end of 2010. So far No news.
