She is the founder and CEO of Magnus HR Solutions—a Human Resource Consulting Firm. She specializes in keeping her clients up-to-date and current on the ever-changing issues of HR by offering Compliance Service, HR Administration, HR Management Training and a full range of other HR services. Simone is a solid and trustworthy HR professional, and has gained the reputation for working collaboratively with business owners and their employees. She also has extensive training & experience in Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Wage & Hour Compliance, Employee Relations and Performance Management. Born in London, Simone moved to the US in 1985. After receiving her bachelor of arts degree in psychology and industrial organizational psychology from Christopher Newport University, Simone went on to graduate with a master’s degree in human resource management from New School University.
