Stress as a teacher is common and can be experienced by all. Regardlessif you are pretty confident with your relieving techniques, in one way or another, at certain points in your career, stress will really alarm you. This not only goes to the teaching profession but to other disciplines as well. Since stress is inevitable, what a teacher can do is to fight stress before it occurs, and immediately once it occurs. To date, there are actually many ways to battle this feeling, whether it is a short terms solution or a long term solution. In the meantime, the solutions that will be suggested should be enough to suffice a moment of preventing anxiety. Thus, if you are under stress, read on. Suggestion 1: Learn to say no. A teacher at a school is not just lecturing to students on a particular topic. There are still many other denominations a teacher should be, and often there are more tasks assigned to him or her. In some cases,do not hesitate to say "no" when an opportunity has been assigned. Saying "no" can be quite difficult, especially for new mentors, but often multitasking at the same time, can lead to burnout in teachers. In return you might be risking your health and your work too. Suggestion 2: Healthy living. This is something that must be followed not only by teachers but also other individuals as well. With the work we have, we must be fed properly from the inside. Eat a healthy balanced diet and exercise regularly. You can see how much energy you have for your body to cope even with a very busy day. In addition, you need to take vitamins to supplement your body with the nutrients you might not be able to take with your mere food intake. Suggestion 3: Learn to take breaks. A teacher always has that tendency to go straight into the day working and lecturing all day. Especially if the classeshave no mini breaks in between, they often push their body to continue to work without realizing to eat and rest. This leads to no food intake thus diminishing their bodyâ€™s performance and in turn can lead to stress. This is very bad that often triggers anxiety and stress amplification. Thus, it is suggested to always find time to relax. Do not forget to eat as much to feed your brain and your body. Thesesuggestions will be effective when followed accordingly. As a teacher, your best bet is to work with your health. Thus, maintain and improve so that you can do your job properly and having the profession for as long as you want. Stressas a teacher is actually simple to battle, you only need to know what to avoid and what to do to prevent it from happening.
