Stress as a teacher is common and can be experienced by all. Eat a healthy balanced diet and exercise regularly. You can see how much energy you have for your body to cope even with a very busy day. In addition, you need to take vitamins to supplement your body with the nutrients you might not be able to take with your mere food intake. Suggestion 3: Learn to take breaks. A teacher always has that tendency to go straight into the day working and lecturing all day. Especially if the classeshave no mini breaks in between, they often push their body to continue to work without realizing to eat and rest. This leads to no food intake thus diminishing their bodyâ€™s performance and in turn can lead to stress. This is very bad that often triggers anxiety and stress amplification. Thus, it is suggested to always find time to relax. Do not forget to eat as much to feed your brain and your body. Thesesuggestions will be effective when followed accordingly. As a teacher, your best bet is to work with your health. Thus, maintain and improve so that you can do your job properly and having the profession for as long as you want.
