I placed desire first because most , who are carnal in their thinking , are thinking about what they want first even before what they need. Well, I'm here to tell you that God promised to supply all of our needs first, then some of the desires of our heart will be met if we delight ourselves in HIM YOu see, we have a part to play too. The Lord is always going to test our faith in HIM first, and then , our obedience, as well. So don't , child of God, expect HIM to just give us everything we want and not be expected to be tested and tried to see where our faith lies. HE IS ALPHA AND OMEGA THE BEGINNING AND THE ENDING HE IS THE FIRST AND THE LAST So, how is it that some men think they can plan their lives from birth to death and expect God to comply to their wants and desires and needs Some have a calling on their life , but they have put off answering that calling to preach and/or teach the word of God; the unadulterated gospel can wait they say. I still have some other things of life that I enjoy doing first. Well, God is not going to allow you to even think (for long) that you are the one in control. He may allow you to be foolish in your thinking for a time in order that He might teach you a valuable lesson.......HE'S THE ONE IN AUTHORITY.....HE'S GOD of gods He's the CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE. So how can you, one that He created, tell God what to do It's a fool who says there is no God
