USING SETS

Boolean patterning was interesting in that you can control and the areas of ‘emptiness’, by inputting a pattern of ‘true’ and ‘false’. In relation to fulfilling our criteria, boolean patterning can be used to determine the location and aperture size of our voronoi forms. I think that boolean patterning in conjunction with the rotation output was particularly useful as this can potentially satisfy our other criteria’s of progressive reveal/conceal as well as peripheral motion/camouflage. By using the ‘move’ component and offseting the form in another direction, and then manipulating it; we can achieve an interesting layering affect. SHENIA LAY 390117
