“I spent several days in a row with a relocation client from Texas and his family. They wanted an all-brick home in Naperville and there were very few to show them. We visited over 40 homes in several days until they found one they loved. I skipped all the way to the car, and the whole family couldn’t stop laughing,” says Susan.
Not only is she able to use her sales skills, but also her creativity, to help clients effectively market their homes. “I use the highest end photographers, stagers, social media experts and do all of my own literature,” she says, adding that Baird & Warner’s marketing tools make her professional marketing plans flow seamlessly.
An energetic full-time Realtor, Susan specializes in residential real estate, selling luxury homes and town homes in the greater Naperville area.

A resident of Naperville, she considers the entire community her office, and is an expert on local neighborhoods, schools, price points and even how to find off-market properties. “I live in and enjoy Naperville, so it makes sense that I sell Real Estate here,” she says. A graduate of Florida State University with a background in sales and marketing, Susan was ready for a new career challenge once her children reached school age. After talking with three childhood friends who are now high profile Realtors, Susan knew what her next career move would be. “We laughed and said if they could do it, I could too,” Susan remembers. In this business, word of mouth is extremely powerful and I treat each client with the care they deserve. I am available seven days a week to make sure I’m ready to show you houses or negotiate,” she says. She considers her strengths to be her self-motivation, attention to detail, networking skills, and the ability to always be learning. “Over the course of my career, I’ve had so many transactions and each one teaches a lesson about how to do the next one better,” she says. Though the pace is hectic, Susan maintains a healthy lifestyle by working out with a personal trainer and making time for family and friends. “Being a Realtor allows me the freedom to work from home, take my kids to school and activities, create original marketing, host open houses, and negotiate contracts with ease. I’m motivated by fun and money- and this business offers both!”
