STORY BY JERMAINE PIGEE & PHOTOS BY BRANDON BONNETTE FOR DIXON LIVING reg Witzleb and his wife, Virginia, have been coming to Galena Steak House since it opened 15 years ago.

The loaded menu also has plenty of burger and sandwich choices, such as the popular liberty burger, with melted Swiss cheese, sauteed onions and mushrooms, or the charbroiled top sirloin sandwich, a lean, center cut, 10-ounce steak served on toast.
